Actually, Phnom Penh now has been improved and developed but behind the development, there are many old buildings in Phnom Penh some built since French Colonial. So they are too old at the moment and look bad. For example, an old building near Sothearos Blvd, this has hundreds of poor family live there. But now a private company planed to destroy this old building for constructing a new one.
